Established in 2010, ME Real Estate is guided by principles of integrity, hard work, and attention to detail. Founded by two seasoned real estate entrepreneurs, Eli and Moshe Adahan, for the past 20 years ME has taken a unique approach to developing, managing, and acquiring properties.

ME Real Estate focuses on increasing value and opportunistic investments. The firm creates value by developing, managing, and investing in secondary markets with the prospect of rapid growth.

Since 2010,  we have raised funds  from hundreds of investors around the globe, to invest with us in residential and  commercial properties,  including single, multi-family, student housing and strip malls, primarily in the United States.  

ME operates in the United States and in Israel. In the US. we focus on sub-markets in the mid-west and upstate NY. We currently operate in 4 states: New York, Ohio, Indiana, and Wisconsin. We own and manage over 1,000 residential and commercial properties while opening business opportunities to outside investors.
